Last Sunday I went to this race to cheer on my friends and to celebrate "Friends Day". My friend Paula lowered her 10k time 3 minutes and ran a 43:28! We had a picnic after the race and in general had a great time. Check out the photos of the day...Thursday, July 24, 2008
